3. After logging in, Click " New Request " that will redirect you to Document Requesting Form. (or click Here)
4. Fill all the required fields and put a Check on the documents you want to request.
5. Click Submit to finalize the request.

2. Click " Requests" to view all Requested Documents.
3. You will now see all your Document Requests

2. Click " Requests" to view all Requested Documents.
3. Look for the Request you want to print and click  Payment Voucher
