Document Requesting
Requesting of documents is now available online. Create an account and upload your valid ID for verfication to get an access to the Online Document Request Page
Easy Payment
Payment of Document Request is easy. Either through any LandBank Branch or through PUP Cashier's Office
Clearance Monitoring
Before, Document Requests should be submitted together with the Clearance Form, signed by all required signatories. But now, you’ll just have to wait (and do some actions if necessary) for the system to accomplish your clearance automatically.
Choose a payment option from the following:
- PUP Cashier
- 1 Print the Payment Voucher after the submission of request.
- 2 Pay at the Cashier's Office (Main Building, Ground Floor South Wing)
- 3 Go to the Student Records Office for the Processing of Request/s (Main Building, Ground Floor South Wing)
OR
- Link.BizPortal Payment

1 Login to your Account and go to the Requests List Page

2 Click the Pay Online (Link.BizPortal) button.

3 The payment will reflect to the system within the day
After Payment of Request,
1 For Clearance - The requester should settle the deficiency/ies to necessary office/s. Click "View Details" to view current Clearance's Status
2 For Receiving - The request is currently in Receiving Window and and waiting for the client's submission of requirements
3 For Evaluation/Processing - Evaluation and Processing of records and required documents for releasing.
4 Ready for Pickup - The requested document/s is/are already available for pickup at the releasing section of student records.
5 Released - The requested document/s was/were claimed.
